Program 1 — Customer Service Messaging

Program Description

The Garage at Living Faith offers SMS-based customer service. Customers may text us to ask questions, check on vehicle repairs, schedule appointments, or receive status updates on their service.

How You Opt In

You opt in to this program by sending a text message to our customer service number. By initiating contact, you consent to receive SMS replies from our team related to your inquiry or vehicle service.

Types of Messages You May Receive

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You will only receive messages directly related to your open inquiry or service.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply START at any time to re-enroll.

How to Get Help

Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details on your plan. Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.

Program 2 — Volunteer Session Confirmations

Program Description

The Garage at Living Faith coordinates volunteer work sessions through an SMS notification program. Volunteers added to a scheduled session receive a confirmation request and a session reminder.

How You Opt In

You opt in when a staff member or administrator adds your phone number to a scheduled volunteer work session. By participating in volunteer activities at The Garage at Living Faith, you consent to receive session-related SMS messages from our volunteer coordination number.

Types of Messages You May Receive

Message Frequency

No more than 2 messages per scheduled session (one confirmation request, one reminder).

How to Opt Out

Reply SKIP to any confirmation message to decline a specific session and opt out of further messages for that session. To opt out of all future volunteer SMS notifications, reply STOP.

Reply HELP for assistance, or contact your session coordinator directly.
