Charitable or Unusual Garage Service Request

We provide free labor for vehicle repairs, and when there’s financial need we may also provide free or reduced-cost parts and supplies. We typically handle routine services — oil changes, brakes, pre-inspection checks, second opinions — but we’ll consider other simple repairs on request. We’re in Zelienople, Pennsylvania.

Indemnify and Hold Harmless * In consideration of receipt of voluntary services from the participants of the Garage at Living Faith Church, I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Garage at Living Faith and Living Faith Church, its employees, classes, organizations, members, attendees, elders, officers, volunteers, agents and assigns (hereinafter “Living Faith”) from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, damages, expenses and costs, including attorney’s fees, court costs and loss of judgments of whatsoever kind and nature which may result from or arise out of services provided for me or for such services which may benefit me whether or not resulting, in whole or in part, from the negligence or from acts or omissions of either the participants in the Garage at Living Faith, its employees, classes, organizations, members, attendees, trustees, officers, volunteers, agents, and assigns.
Acknowledgement of Volunteer Labor * I fully recognize and accept that the maintenance that is performed on my vehicle is being provided by volunteers who may or may not be formally trained in automobile repair/maintenance.
Release * This release is intended by the parties to release all injuries, damages, or losses to me and my property, real or personal, whether known, unknown, foreseen, unforeseen, patent or latent, which I may have against Living Faith. Furthermore, I understand and acknowledge the significance and consequence of the specific intention to release all claims, and hereby assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that I may incur from the above-mentioned services. Additionally, I certify that I am the legal owner of the vehicle upon which Living Faith is providing work.
